Poppy Poems

As promised, here are some of our poems we wrote today:

P eople were hurt in the war
O ld soldiers died in the war
P oppies are red to remind us of soldiers fighting
P ain of soldiers
Y ears later the war stopped.

O n 11.11.11 the war stopped
P ain was in everybody's heart
P oppies are important because of the people in the war
Y oung men died in World War One and Two.
