'The best classroom is roofed only by the sky'

This afternoon was beautiful in the wildlife area - after the rain, everything was so fresh and green.  We discovered our shelter had survived and some of us began creating other dens to play in.  A few of us discovered some slimy slugs hiding under a log and some of us enjoyed the pleasure of our very own mud slide!  I am looking at getting some lightweight, waterproof jackets to go over the children's coats to protect them from what seems to be a popular activity!  As you can see, our trousers need a bit of a wash (including Miss Wones'!!)
