Our week

Our week started on Monday morning with a visit down to our wildlife area for pond dipping, den building and nest making.  We were treated with croissants for our snack, brought in by Ella for her France project.

On Tuesday we finished making a terrific book for Ms Ashley to help her learn all about Sutton School.  She has taken it to read over the summer holidays.

Wednesday meant lots of baking (cheese straws and cookies) for our open evening later that afternoon.  We had a good tidy up in the classroom and were really proud to display all our work and Lego models for our parents to see.

Thursday was still not a 'normal' day!  We walked up to the Academy to take part in outdoor learning activities including a scavenger hunt, orienteering, drama and stick art.  We were all pretty tired and hot on the walk back to Sutton!

Today lots more of us wanted to read our Magic Box poems in assembly and we found out that Lachey had won the Euro 16 competition.  Well done to everyone for some AMAZING work!
